Planning application NO: 09/2392/1/0X : Leicester Road

At the Planning Meeting held on 19th November 2009, with the recommendation of the Planning Officer

refusal was unanimous by the Planning Committee.

 
Many thanks from the Countesthorpe Community Action (CCA) group to the residents of Countesthorpe, Blaby and other outlying areas,  who have given their support and taken the time to write to the planning authority expressing their concerns and objections. 
An Appeal has been lodged by Hallam Management.
A Public Inquiry will be held at Blaby District Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough.LE19 2EP
commencing 10.00am on Tuesday 13th April

The Planning Committee approved Phase 1 planning application by Persimmons by just one vote.
